Easy to understand
3-D Inspections reports
Arizona Home Inspection, LLC Inspections reports use the state of the art report writing software 3D Inspections. Our reports are computer generated with pictures and illustrations. Most Home Inspectors use pre-made reports with hand written notes and check off marks. At Arizona Home Inspection, LLC We feel that this type of report writing (hand written notes) is antiquated and unprofessional.

Helpful Tips & DIY
Visit our Tips & Information articles for helpful insights and DIY tips. For Instance: DECKS AND PORCHES. Did you know Monsoon Rains & the Tucson Sun can seriously damage exposed wood decks and porches? We recommend applying a wood preservative every year & replacing all decaying wood members with pressure treated wood. An improperly built deck or porch can become a breeding ground for fungi & mold.
What Our Clients
All in all I’ve got to say that the inspection is one of the best I’ve seen. I’ll take another run through this afternoon for the bang-plates and nailing issues. Tomorrow I’ll verify that the spliced sill plate in the master is good to go. Otherwise we’re in good shape. The house is insulated and the drywall is being hung as we speak. Thank You.
